    Just found out emails are not being sent

    We've used this form succesfully since creating it.  Now I just realized we have not received contact for a while so i logged in. There are a lot of emails that were not received.  I logged in and I do see them in my account.  They are not going into the junk mail folder either.   Please help as My email does work as i sent a test but i am not getting emails from the form submits

    I lost out of partnerships with other sites that could have earned me income because of this problem.

    Your email address is listed to our bounce list for the following reasons;


    support@funchatgames.co.uk is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'No Such User Here'

    I have removed it from the list but please take note of the reason. Please check this article for the solution: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-emails-not-being-received-issues

    Thanks, no idea why it went there to the bounce list after so long as the email address worked fine till i wondered why emails stopped After a long time Odd..

    Anyway i will look into adding the IP's to the whitelist etc as i want to keep the senders name and email so i can reply eaaily, straight feom the email and straight from phone.


    I dont however understand the "no such user " error as this email gets regular emails from other sites and newletters etc

    PS: forgot to ask, when adding the whitelist IP's, do i do this in cpanel or whm?. I have a vps so i want to know the best way to ensure the emails never get blocked again for any reason.

    Actually, this is the part that we have no knowledge about and is usually done by the support of the email or hosting service.  Some allow this to be done via Cpanel, while others need only to have this done via WHM.  The best way to find out is to ask your service provider to help guide you or better yet, have them do the whitelisting.

    Ok will ask the provider for assistance
