Is there a way to track whether a recipient opened an autoresponder email?

    Hola te hago una consulta , tengo un plan SILVER cuando alguien llena el formulario he configurado para que le llegue un EMAIL a su correo ... existe alguna posibilidad de ver si este cliente abrio el mail que le llega ? alguna notificacion que me aparezca en algun lugar que diga si abrio o no ese email que le llego ??


    TE RESUMO por si no se entiende bien . el cliente llena el formulario automaticamente le llega el email personalizado quisiera saber si este cliente abrio o no ese email personalizado

    Hello @printmza - From how you phrased it, you wanted to have a way to track whether the autoresponder email that was sent out by your form was opened by the recipient. Unfortunately, we don't have this feature. To be honest, there's no real reliable way to do this even outside JotForm. There are services that offer this kind of service but it's something that is mostly tied with your email address directly or by using their own email software.

    If you're open to alternatives, here's my suggestion. You can try to verify their email addresses instead of tracking whether they opened the email or not. Verifying an email address would ensure the following:

    1. They entered a valid/working email address

    2. They own the email address they filled out
