We upgraded our service ~ but still our employees cannot upload their time sheets in the protal

Your account VidyaBhat only shows one empty form. However, it seems the form with the issue belongs to another account vsg (vsg@acctdept.com)which is on free status.

To resolve the issue I have taken the overlimit status off, so you can upgrade the correct account, we can also cancel and refund the subscription for account if this is not going to be used.

I have made the refund and cancel for the wrong account, now you can login to the correct account vsg (vsg@acctdept.com) and upgrade it.
