hello i need help, my customer/client complaining about jotform is taking too long to load / heavy loading

    Dear admin,

    Hello i need help, many of my customers/clients complaining about jotform is taking too long to load / heavy loading especially when they are using mobile phone data to open our forms.

    My country is Indonesia, my best guess the problem is because jotform hosting is not close to Asia. can you give me a hosting that in Asia or any closer to Indonesia for my account/forms ?

    I need answer and solution for this "heavy loading" problem

    Hi @gegejordy, We apologize for the inconvenience. I tested all your forms (from Asia) and they are loading pretty quickly despite the image and slider elements.

    The form loading also depends on the network bandwidth. Have you noticed the same from different networks with good bandwidth?

    Your data is stored in the US data centers as we do not have an option to move it Asia at present.

    hello thanks for replying, it takes 5-10 secs to load all jotform forms. it's only the jotform not the website.. because i put iframe embbed on my website it really plain to see how the jotform process to load the page..


    is there any suggestion or solution for this problem im facing ?

    You can test the sites on different networks, to ensure it's not an issue with the network bandwidth.

    Your form has 135 conditions which trigger scripts to dynamically do the conditional tasks. You may look optimize the conditions to ensure you only have required conditions. 

    The other thing is images on the site. You can optimize the images so they are loaded on the pages quickly.
