PDF Document Creator

The PDF submissions we receive for some of our old forms are now different, it doesn't line up, cuts off text etc.  Do we have to go to the PDF Editor for every form and change the output?

Once this has been done once, do we need to keep doing this every time for each submission?

We are providing a default PDF template in the new PDF Editor. If you can send us a screenshot of the PDF and related form URL, we can look into the issue.

Meanwhile, you can just switch to old version by using the following button on the new PDF editor.
