    Required Fields

Asked by J9sK9s on December 31, 2012 at 02:56 PM

    To Whom it may concern,

I have several required fields on my JotForm, however, people are still able to skip over those fields and submit the form.  Obviously, the "required" button is not working properly.  How can I make it so that the form cannot be submitted unless all the required fields have been filled out?

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hello Jennifer.

When checking your form I noticed that there was an issue with the required looking fields. Please go into your for editor, click 1 time on each field you want required than look at the top of the editor or a button that says required and click it. I'm just trying to help and hopefully this is helpful, otherwise please stand by for further support.

    Hi Jennifer,

It seems that there is a conflict between your website scripts and Jotform scripts. I suggest you to please re-embed your form using our iframe method (How to get your Form's Iframe Code) to eliminate the conflicts.

I just notice one thing, your form do not have submit button?

Thank you and I hope this helps.
