Different layout filled in template when submitted then as we created in Jotform?

    Hi,


    We have a problem when our colleagues submit a filled in Jotform, it doesn't get submitted as we initially made the jotform template. It shows in a different template, this suddenly happened from sunday to monday. We receive the filled in forms in google drive, plus the submitter get the files in his/her e-mail.


    Can you help us with our problem?

    I think you mean the PDF file received on the google drive integration. We have just released a new version of the PDF and that caused the problem. We're going to revert this for you. It should be changed back by tomorrow.

    You should now receive the submissions in the old format. Please let us know if the problem continues.
