Notification Emails are not coming in

    Survey Form Facilities Request

    We are not receiving the notifications as of a couple of weeks ago.

    Contacted our IT support thinking it was a spam issue,  but no emails are in spam, and the "noreply@jotform.com" email  address was added to global white-list as well.

    Can you guys determine if there is an issue, or see that the emails are going out, (a log) of some sort.  IT Department is telling us it is not an email issue.  

    Any help would be appreciated!

    It seems like you are using "noreply@formresponse.com", could you try "noreply@jotform.com"?

    We have checked the mail logs for your recipient, and did not find any failed notification. We checked our bounce list, and your email address is not there either.

    We have not changed that setting.
    I went into make your recommended changes and the setting was already at “noreply”.
    During testing over the last 24 hours or so, the test emails that worked pointed to my personal email come in from “noreply”.
    Interested as to how your screen shot shows “formresponse”.

    The system might have auto-changed the sender to "formresponse" when it failed with "noreply", although, I could not find any failed log: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History 

    Please note that the "Test Email" button sends the notification to the email address that is registered in your JotForm account's profile, not to the one you have listed as the recipient for the notification. In order to test it properly, you need to do a real submission. Let us know if that works.

    We are doing actual form submissions for testing.
