I sent an e-mail on the 27th of December and have not heard anything back. Can someone please respond to me? I received an e-mail on December 27th saying that my subscription has been downgraded. I have attempted several times to make our yearly subscription payment via PayPal and they are not allowing me to pay using the bank account we have on file with them. I finally went ahead and sent a payment FROM PayPal to Jotform in the amount of $69.50 for a bi-yearly subscription. I am not sure if it was received by you. I wanted to make sure since that deal expires today the 31st of December. My account with Jotform is under thorntontennis and my e-mail is: firstname.lastname@example.org

Yes, I can see the reason for not being able to upgrade via fastspring was this:
$69.50 USD Credit Card Invalid Card Security Code
CC_CVV, Proc=352 Decline CVV2/CID Fail

Also, since you just sent a payment directly to email@example.com, this was not processed like a subscription , but just a simple payment
If you are able to complete the transaction this time through FS , let me know which email address you used for paypal payment, also let me know any reference number, so I can request a refund for it

information straighten out and I just upgraded our account to a bi-yearly
premium account and paid $69.50. This time it went through. I used our
PayPal e-mail : firstname.lastname@example.org to make the payment via credit
card. However, I also used the email@example.com to make the
payment directly to firstname.lastname@example.org. Can you please give us a refund
of the money sent to email@example.com? The transaction number for
that payment is (Transaction ID:
