How to get a PayPal refund

Asked by thorntontennis on December 31, 2012 at 06:49 PM

I sent an e-mail on the 27th of December and have not heard anything back. Can someone please respond to me? I received an e-mail on December 27th saying that my subscription has been downgraded. I have attempted several times to make our yearly subscription payment via PayPal and they are not allowing me to pay using the bank account we have on file with them. I finally went ahead and sent a payment FROM PayPal to Jotform in the amount of $69.50 for a bi-yearly subscription. I am not sure if it was received by you. I wanted to make sure since that deal expires today the 31st of December.  My account with Jotform is under thorntontennis and my e-mail is: webmaster@thorntontennis.org

Yes, I can see the reason for not being able to upgrade via fastspring was this:

Failed $69.50 USD Credit Card Invalid Card Security Code
    CC_CVV, Proc=352 Decline CVV2/CID Fail

We are very sorry for that please, upgarde using the following link

Also, since you just sent a payment directly to aytekin@interlogy.com, this was not processed like a subscription , but just a simple payment

If you are able to complete the transaction this time through FS , let me know which email address you used for paypal payment, also let me know any reference number, so I can request a refund for it
