I have read your overview with interest. However, I am unclear of how it would adapt to our system. I am interested in my patients being able to fill out (for example) an updated health history template, which would reside on my website and which the patient could fill out on their personal computer, submit and have it absorbed into our management software.Is this application possible with your system.Dr. Stephen Brown
