Form Limit Reached Message

    I just tried to create a new form and got a message that I've reached my limit of 5.  We, have an account and I am supposed to be an authorized user.

    Hi!

    I've checked your account and I see that your account has free plan. Free account types can receive up to 100  Submissions or 3 Payments submissions per month. Total storage upload space for free accounts is 100MB and only have 5  total forms and 500 total submissions. You can also upgrade you account if you want to increase your submission and total storage limit.     We have an account for Cannon School and Andrea Trembath is the administrator, is my understanding. Please tell me whom I may speak with in order to be able to have full access to our account.
