Form Limit Reached Message

I just tried to create a new form and got a message that I've reached my limit of 5.  We, have an account and I am supposed to be an authorized user.

Hi!

I've checked your account and I see that your account has free plan. Free account types can receive up to 100  Submissions or 3 Payments submissions per month. Total storage upload space for free accounts is 100MB and only have 5  total forms and 500 total submissions. You can also upgrade you account if you want to increase your submission and total storage limit.
