Printing image selection on PDF form

Hi Everyone, I have created a form which a limited number of users access. They are required to sign the document but they find the e-signature to hard. I have created a drop down box with each of there names and conditional logic to display their signature when selected. Which works well on screen but  unable to get this signature through to the PDF printable form. assistance would be great. Alternatively is there a widget where they can type in their name and it auto signs for them?

Unfortunately, conditional logic is hard to implement in fillable PDF forms, this will require the actual PDF reader to perform or have an actual feature/function to do conditional logic like showing/hiding of fields. Compared to a web form where these actions can be easily created in our backend and the web browsers read and support programming/scripting languages like Javascript.

As an alternative, Adobe Sign widget helps you sign by typing a name. I hope that helps. Let us know should you need further assistance.
