I still can't log onto my account

    Thanks for telling me that my account is activated. However, something is
    wrong. I still can not log onto my account. It just sits on the home page
    and won't budge after I put in my username and password. The site doesn't
    allow me to click on the 'log on' button.

    Please try using another browser and check if you can log in or not. If it works on another browser, then try clearing the cache of the non-working browser.

    If the issue persists, please provide your public IP so that we can whitelist it. You can use this website to capture it.
