My account email continues to receive notifications

    I have allocated a specific email address to receive our contact form enquiries however when I send a test, my email address continues to receive the form enquiries.

    Here's how to find out what email is used for submission http://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications

    To test the email recipient, you have to make an actual submission in your form. Just fill your form then submit it.

    If you are only clicking the "Test Email" button in the notification, you will only receive a test email notification to your account email address not the email address in the recipient box.
