Hi Team - impressive product especially the new PDF function.

We need solution to print student cards. And ideally make that as much DIY on students end.  Example - set up form that captures students details + students photo, this transposes to a PDF + that PDF sent to our student team to print out on special card printer.

Issue - we allow students one card per year and we don't want system abused. So we thought we could ask a student to provide their student number. And so if that same number was used a second time the system would "block" them. i.e. the online jot form interacts with completed form database and rejects the "second attempt" to print card if a student ID is matched.  This would effectively allow students to request a card once only.  We then flush database start of every year and allow students to request again.

If this is possible or you have another solution to the problem let me know.

That's possible by limiting the submissions through a field value from a certain field.

So in the following year, you can simply delete the submissions in your form submissions page so they can submit the same ID again. Of course, you can back up the submissions data first by downloading them into an Excel file.
