    I create a form and some of the labels are on top because they are long questions. It looks fine in the member area but once embeded on the website the labels are on the left. Why?

    The URL you have provided returns an error, and I am not able to see the embedded form. Can you please fix it so we can see the problem you have described?

    By the way, try re-embedding the form using these codes and check if the changes are reflected or not:

    <iframe onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//www.jotform.co/form/30001484512843" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:2305px; border:none;" scrolling="no">
    </iframe>

    Sorry the link is http://dogcentral.com.au/volunteer-application-form/ but using the code you gave me, the changes are now being reflected. So why is that? Did i use thwe wrong code? Can we change the columns size thought as it looks a bit cramped now. Before it was just one column.

    Your old code was probably conflicting with some scripts on your page. The iFrame code does not conflict with anything due to its design.

    If you would like to change the Check Box columns width, you may inject the following CSS:

    .form-checkbox-item {
    width: 200px !important;
    }

    Where 200px is size in pixels.

    Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
