Fillable PDF: I cannot open the fillable PDF with Adobe Reader

    Hi-

    Hi,

    I downloaded your fillable PDF and I opened it with Adobe Reader Version 11.0.23. I cannot replicate the issue. Can you provide us more details such as which version of Adobe Reader do you use?

    Hi, I noticed this morning that it now downloads, however the file does not work? All of the clickable buttons that I designed are not aligned properly and also they don’t put the check mark in the box. In fact, the boxes disappear when you click on them? Are you experiencing the same thing or does the document work fine on your end?

    I could replicate the issue when downloading from the PDF editor, the checkboxes are not aligned properly.

    Excellent thank you very much for getting back to me can you also escalate
    the issue that the boxes are not clickable in the PDF format and they just
    seem to disappear when you click them in the PDF.
