I would like to know if my form can not only create a new contact recor

    I would like to know if my form can not only create a new contact record but match, say, based on name or another custom field, and update an existing Insightly contact record. Is this possible?

    Hi,

    If I understood correctly, you want to update your contact record. Unfortunately, if you edit your submission, the new contact record will be created. But, you can edit your contact records on the Insightly. 

    To do that you can follow these steps:

    1) Go to the Contacts page.

    3) Click Edit This Contact

    Thus, you can update your contacts.
