Getting the entire form to show and print out.

    Emails sent to our Society of our Request Form form does not show the entire form, only the first part and that's all we can print out. Not the entire form.

    As I check the email history log, it appears that the email is displaying all the fields on the form. Are you referring to the fields that are not showing in the email? I see that the submission is not having the fields filled. Could you let us know if you are referring to something different? We will be happy to take a look again and assist you.

    Thank you for you quick response. The problem is we are NOT receiving the
    filled out forms at all. There was one from a Roland, (first name) and also
    another (bogus) one filled out by one of our staff but neither form was
    received by us at all.

    Please check if the emails are being landed in spam/junk folders. Also, please try whitelisting JotForm email address in your email account. Also, please check the following guide that can help you with troubleshooting email delivery issues.

    Thanks you for helping me. I don't understand what "whitelisting" means?
    Also where would I look in your jotform site to find out if our email
    address is blocked. I thought I saw "blocked" at one time somewhere in
    there and want to check if somehow our email is being blocked.

    I have checked your email address and it is not listed in the bounce list. Since you are using comcast email address which is having some strict DMARC policies that may have been causing the issues. You may try sending the email notifications using your own email address by setting up SMTP or try using a different recipient email address.
