I need to determine whether I should upgrade today or not.
When I look at the status of my submissions, it says 5 out of 100.
However, I know we have more applications than that already submitted, so I'm confused.
I need to just make sure I'm not going crazy or doing something wrong because our application doesn't close until Jan. 7th so I need to determine whether I need to upgrade or not between today and tomrorow.
I won't upgrade if I don't need it, but some things aren't making sense.
Help? Can a support person hack into my profile and see what's up?

The account 'total' counter resets every 1st day of the month. It is possible that the 5 you were seeing are the latest submissions that could occured just today.
You can check your submissions page (go to My Forms--> Submissions), select the form, click on submissions button.. you will see that they all have the submissions data intact and you will notice also the most resent submissions that is being counted as of today.

Maybe I'm confused about membership then - so does a free membership allot me 150 submissions per month? I thought it was in sum, which is maybe why I'm confused.

Your current Free subscription will only entitle you to have 100 submissions per month. The counter resets every month, it will not remove the submitted data -- it simply reset the total counter for the month.
If you reach submissions more than 100 within the month -- the form will be disabled and it will not be able to accomodate any more submissions, you will have to wait the next month when it auto reset again.
