Is there a way to disable a form and redirect to current year form?

For example I have a form that is very similar 2017 & 2018 but I have different conditions set to email results to specific people based on question responses.  I would like to disable the 2017 form with a message that says Oops this is last years form.  Please click here be directed to the 2018 form.  (I will need to create this form again in 2019)

The form disable message can be customized but does not allow for inserting hyperlinks, but you could include the URL of your current year form.
