Form Stuck on Please Wait

    I've had a couple customers say when they try to submit their form it's stuck on please wait.  I tried it myself and got the same please wait message (tried on 2 different browsers).  Can you help?  Here's the link: https://form.jotform.com/aestheticadvancements/algmasters.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Does it submit if you wait for some time? The submission takes about 10 seconds when I test a cloned version of your form.

    Also, if you form is embedded on some page, please provide us with a link.

    We both let it wait for about 30 minutes and it was still saying "please wait".  We have recently switched this form's payment from PayPal to Stripe - could this be causing any issues?

    I checked your form and it is not connected and it's still running in Test Mode. 

    Please connect it with your Stripe account and change the mode to Live to receive payments.
