Do I have the ability to change forms to the new PDF editor one at a time?

Do I have the ability to change forms to the new PDF editor one at a time? I am very excited about the options this opens up but I will need time to switch all of my forms over. For some reason when this was released all my forms were changed to the new style automatically and I needed to switch them back. But it appeared to be an all or nothing option. 

Yes you can actually do this. You just have to manually switch between the new PDF editor and the old version PDF editor on each form.

When you use the Customized PDF feature in your form submissions, it will launch the current PDF editor you are using.

Example if you switch to new PDF editor, it will be the editor that will launch every time you open form in PDF design mode.

And vice versa, if you switch back to old version, it will be used next time when in PDF design mode.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to use PDF Editor only for specific forms. Once you enable new PDF Editor, it is enabled on all your forms including PDF attachment in email alerts, integrations, etc. I will open a feature request for your need but I can not promise you an exact time when or if this becomes available.

Now you can select the forms that you want to use with new PDF Editor.

1-Click on "Edit Form" button on your form list.

2- Click on "Settings" tab in JotForm Form Builder.

3- Find the setting named "Use New PDF Editor".

This new setting will allow you to use new PDF Editor at form granularity. Let us know if you need any further help.
