An email that gets sent back to the person who signed.

I am trying to set up an online waiver.  I put the text of the waiver in but I would like that text to be included in the message that goes back to the signer - but when I tested that only the fields that needed to be filled out were sent back to the signer.  Any way to fix that?

No a waiver. So the signer of the waiver recieves an email back - it shows
all the fields they entered information in but not the text box that had
all the liability verbiage. How do I get that included?
