I have a question for you. I have paid for a Bronze plan, and did not realized you have non-profit rate. We are a non profit organization. What do I need to do to apply for that rate. And since I paid a full rate for Bronze can, if I am accepted for non-profit rate, have the difference paid as regular rate credited back to my card or next month?

We do have a discount for non-profits. Please go to this page (https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/), complete the form and submit your application.

Upon approval, you will receive an email with the instructions on how to upgrade your account.

If you have an existing payment subscription and you already paid for it, then the discount will be applied for the renewal or next charge.
