Account Auto Suspended

Hi

I created an account last night under the email above, and when I try to login this morning, it wont let me and says in red at the bottom "Auto Suspended".  What does that mean??  Why is the account suspended?

Upon review of your account it was found one of your forms was requesting login credentials which are not allowed per our Terms of Use.

We do not offer encryption along database administration on our forms.

We have deleted the form and re-activated your account.
