PDF Forms

    Hallo 

    Today I have seen, that the PDF form, which I have made for the form https://form.jotformeu.com/PaulMerki/registrierung-sensorcleaning

    Was completely destroyed, after you switched to the new PDF Editor (which is far better than the old one). Now we have the problem, that since this switch, our customers have received destroyed forms.
    You can see the forms (Original, after your switch, current redesign) in the attached dropbox link.
    Question: Can you tell me, when exactly you switched?
    Can we send the customers with a wrong PDF a link, where they can download the new one?

    One thing: if you work in the new PDF Editor, there is no button, to go back to the form. You first have to realise, that JotForm opened a new window in the browser.
    Also you don't know, if all the changes have been saved.
    From a user side, it would be much clearer if you would lead him and fix these two issues.

    We launched our new pdf editor on 15 October 2018 at 10:00 (GMT+3).

    Your users can download their PDF submission by using this link structure:

    https://www.jotform.com/pdf-submission/SubmissionID

    Could you please tell us what kinds of problems you have experienced on new PDF Editor. If we know those issues, we can fix them immediately. We do believe that new PDF editor can help you to customize your PDF in a better way compare to old version.
