I have alredy tried to be supported by your dpt for a problem with google spreadshetts for one form that no longer are updated.

i never had any answer since before christmas ...

so the problem is with these forms : http://www.jotformeu.com/formationiloe/inscription_formation_elastiloe

The google spredsheet i've integrated with google drive is not updated with new submissions -

I ve got 1 other form ( inscription btraining Elastiloe ) for wicht there is no problem with integrations.

I've ever noticed that i tried several integration, building it, erasing it and rebuilding it without success. A new integration make the speadsheet up to date but if i make a new submission the sheet is not updated etc etc.

Google Drive integrations works eficiently for all my forms.

Would you please help me, contacting me at sebastien.iloe@gmail.com

    thanks a lot

ps: happy new year 2013 for the whole jotform team !

    Hi there,

We'll be glad to look into this issue for you!

May I ask if the integration spreadsheet has been editted?

I tried to reproduce the issue and was not able to.  Please try re-integrating to Google Spreadsheets and if the issue continues let us know so that we can forward it to our development team.

Note, You can edit the content of the spreadsheeet, however, editting the columns will break the integration.
