Can I reset the submission PDF format?

The submission PDFs Ive been receiving this week have had several blank pages and empty fields included. Is there a way to reset these to scrunch the information back down to how it was before the PDF submissions were redesigned?

Yes, it's possible to reset by going to the PDF editor. It seems that you are on the new PDF, so the link would be https://www.jotform.com/pdf-editor. We have released this new PDF editor with a few advanced features and the ability to edit/customize PDF form version and PDF version of the submissions.

We suggest giving the new PDF a try and send us your feedback about it. Your suggestions are also welcome.

If you would like to use the old format, there is a button on the page to Switch to the Old version.

We are sorry for this inconvenience.

There is no reset button currently in new PDF editor. I'm escalating this to our development team.

However, you can create new PDF document and customize your design on the new PDF Document.

    Hey,

PDF Editor doesn't have a reset button. But, you can always create a new document.

If you want to start from scratch you can apply blank template to your current document from templates tab in Layout Settings.
