Why have I run out of space even after I've deleted old submissions and forms?

I only have two forms and a few submissions, but I'm getting a notification saying I have run out upload space and need to upgrade. I used to have a lot of submissions and a couple more forms, which I deleted thinking it would free up space.

I have recalculated your usage and you're not on overlimit status anymore.
