On the emplyment link on Santikos.com not all of the fields are coming through. Specifically on Page three under Experience and Training the Emplyment History doens't work. Any thoughts?

I am thinking two reasons why it happens;
1. Your form fields are NOT set as required and someone can left it blank anytime they want.
2. You have made changes to your form fields and the variables in your form notifications will also need to be updated.
So, I suggest you to do the following;
1. Make all the fields as required.
2. Re-create your form notifications.
