Trouble with background image

I'm having an issue with a background image that looks great when I load it from the Advanced Designer.  Suddenly, for no apparent reason (that I can tell) it becomes distorted and blown up on the page.  I can get it to look right again by going in and deleting the image from the builder and then going back into the Advanced Designer and re-choosing it.  I have saved it each time in the AD so not sure why this is happening.  Can you tell me something I can do to stop this random morphing?

    Thanks,

    Heidi

On checking your form https://form.jotform.com/82887725784174 I could not replicate the issue in your form, it is properly displaying.

Please check if the issue is already solved.

    Hi Roneet,

Yes, you found it that way because I had fixed it.  What I think is happening, if/when the form is edited the background image's size increases.

I made you a video to show you what happens.

Yes, correct. You may change the background from the Advance Form Designer too if the Form Designer is not able to make the change.

Let us know if you have other concerns.

    Thanks.

That's not the point.  The point is, when I go in to edit something, like add some text, the image goes huge!  The only way to fix it is to delete it and put it back in the Advanced Designer.  It shouldn't go huge when adding text, should it?   The other thing is, when it goes huge like that (on it's own) if you delete the image and replace it in the regular editor the size stays big.  You have to go into the advance to make it the correct size.  Maybe this is the way it's always behaved?  I don't know because I just started using it but that's buggy if you ask me.

Please make sure that you follow the best practices for image backgrounds

We do not have a recommended background size, but the best practices for web image backgrounds can be implemented, here are some links that may help you with this:
