Re-upgrade account- automated email error

    Anyone know how I can re-upgrade my account when the link provided in the automated email does not work and my account is suspended! I didn't realize our credit card on file had expired. Help!

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I did check your account and found that there was a dispute placed for your latest payment for economy yearly subscription. That is the reason why your account was suspended automatically. 

    I would suggest you to please speak to your credit card company and check with them why the dispute was placed. You may also ask your bank to withdraw the dispute. 

    I am also escalating this thread to my support manager as well.
