How to create pricing table in form which user can select?

i can’t seem to find any widget or form template that has pricing tables /plans... can jotform create a selection pricing tables from user?

Unfortunately there is not widget to create a pricing table. You can add any payment tool in form and then inject custom css code to create your own pricing table. Alternatively, you can also add "Text" field in form and add your own html code to create pricing table.
