Submitter Receives Report Automatically on clicking "Report" button

I would like to enable an automatic report facility (pre-set format eg html, not necessarily all fields-again , pre-set by me). 

Outcome: my client, as they see fit, have the ability to download the report, without the ability to meddle in other parts of my account.

I believe that the HTML Table Listing Report is what you are looking for.

You will be able to create a password protected page that will include the submission data of a form and you can choose which fields will be shown.

Another option is to create an Excel Report.
