Form taking over 20 seconds to submit - Performance Issue

    Hi,

    We have a jotform form embedded on our website (see link below). It is taking over 20 seconds for the form to submit (it typically took 2/3 seconds before). Can you look into this ASAP as customers are getting frustrated.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We have experienced some issue with the EU server and it should be fixed by now. Could you check again and let us know if you are still experiencing any issues? We will be happy to take a look again.
