Form glitch - Product card skips from option 1 to option 3

Hi:

I am creating a product order form and there appears to be an issue with the payment integration/product options. On the form preview, the product card skips from option 1 to option 3, then option 4. If you go back from 4, it skips to option 2. I would like these to scroll in order.
