Integration of PayPal leads to break Google Drive Integration

Hello I have Several Forms integrated to Google Drive, every time I submited the forms automatically create a folder in Drive, everything works fine so far, also on the same form I want to take payment (Paypal), I was able to complete the payment with not problems with paypal but the only problem I have is if a take a payment, drive wont create the folder, if I submited the form without paypal payment,  everything works just fine with drive but if I used Paypal, drive integration doesn't work.

Please note that editing of the spreadsheet that is integrated into the form can break the integration and we do not recommend it. Also, editing of the form, such as adding the new fields or editing of the field labels will break the integration.

I would suggest you please re-integrate your form again with google spreadsheet and see if that solves your problem.
