Use JotForm for a to-do list?

I would like to figure out a way to use JotForm to make a to-do list that can be deployed as an employee-training checklist. I would want an employee to be able to pull up their own form and have the form store values as the employee and their trainer check off completion of tasks. It would be easy to clone a form for each new employee, but I am not sure how I can get the form to remember what was checked off on a different session. I want to use this to manage learning 20+ tasks and be able to track progress without using paper checklists.

It seems like submitting the form each training day could work, if the form remembered previously selected answers. Then people could update as they go, and I could track progress by looking at most recent submission.

Has anyone found a way to do something like this?

    Thanks, Steve

I think you may use the configurable list to collect the needed data, here is how to set that up: https://www.jotform.com/help/282-How-to-Set-Up-the-Configurable-List-Widget

You may then provide the submitter with the edit link of the submission so they can add new data if needed, all will be stored in one single place and you will not need to create multiple forms for everyone. Here's  a guide that will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

    I hope this helps.
