How to limit the data my sub users can view?

Hi,

I have shared my form responses to some of my colleages but the form als has a lot of hidden parameters that I don't want to confuse them with. Is there anyway I can create a view over the data that I can share with them. For example:

My form has the following fields: Name, e-mail, parameter1. I only want my sub-user to see Name and e-mail.

What you can do instead is to create the Report and share it to the users. You can configure the report to show only those fields that are needed to be seen.

The View options for sub users will show the full submission data of all the shared forms. So you cannot use that option to limit the data view for sub users.
