How many payments through PayPal can be received with free package?

    hello peeps! I see that the free account can take 3 payments - is this 3 different payments types - say membership fees, subscription to a mag etc or 3 individuals payments to one product?


    I am helping a local conservation group to go online and get membership subscriptions using paypal - want to make sure they can collect more than 3 memberships!

    Hello Resi,

    A submission, which also includes a payment processed, is counted as payment submission. Currently, free plan allows to receive up to 3 payments through all your forms. This counter is reset on the first day of every calendar month. If the limit is reached, only forms with payment integration set up will be disabled. If you want to receive more payments same month, you may consider upgrading your account: How-to-Upgrade-My-Account.
