    Hi JotForm,

I would like to create a question wherein there are 25 attributes. Of these 25, a respondent can pick their top 5. Here are the required outputs:

    - Answers must not be less than 5 or more than 5

    - Output should display which attribute is TOP 1 (was picked first) until their TOP 5 (last pick)

Please help me since I have tried doing all sorts of things with widgets but could not achieve this result.

Also, Orderable List is not good since it makes the user to rank all 25 attributes. I only need them to pick 5.

Please note that there are few widget which will allow users to select the options from a list but none of them will limit the number of selection.

I would suggest you to please add multiple choice question in form and then configure it select max of 5 options. Please check the screenshot below:

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

A multiple choice question would not allow me to get the results I want.

As mentioned, I need to know which option was selected first and which option was selected last among the respondent's 5 picks. Making it a multiple question would only allow me to limit their choices to 5. Please see the second bullet in my first post.

Unfortunately it is not possible to achieve your requirement currently. Apart from "Orderable List" widget, there are two widgets "Visual Multi Select", "Dual ListBox" which will allow users to select options from a list but does not have option to reorder the list with max selection.

I am creating a feature request ticket and forwarding it to our backend team.Though we cannot provide an ETA on this but we will get back to you as soon as we have any update.

For Dual List Box, is it possible to achieve what I want through CSS codes?
