Problem with Upload Limit- Empty of Files but still 'over' on space

Hi

I have a form that had submissions, but I emptied the form upload space, but it still says I'm out of space and that my form is "over quota" and it won't accept any more submissions. I'm just wondering why it's locked even though I cleared the submissions and I should be at 0. Any help would be appreciated, thanks

We have recalculated the space, so your forms are available, and your upload space limit has reset. Open a new thread if you need anything else, we will be glad to assist you.
