I have 2 inquiries :
1- I don't receive email from the form after filling out the form and submitting.
2- I tried 2 email addresses but the form always displays a message that the email was sent to one of them,the one I signed up for an account with. I signed up with email@example.com and no matter what email address I use by ediiting this default email (hatsup@ hotmail.com) I always get the smae message that email was sent to it (*that is in the testing email link in the email alerts).

If you are just using the Test Email button in the Notification email, it will always only send the test message to your account email . You will have to submit the form in actual to be able to recieve the Notification email.
I checked your form, and I noted that the recipient e-mail address is not your account email. When you submit this form in actual, it will send to that email -- not to your email.
Inform us if the issue persist after doing the nocessary check.

Before reporting the problem I tried several times using more than one email address and it's not wroking. I actually submitted directly from the form not from the test. That's why I reported the problem. It doesn't have to do with the testing. I tried two different email addresses the account email and the one you mentioned but there was no nitifications at all. I confirm that the form submission button is not truly working. There is no point of the form when it's not actually working properly.

Please try also Adding New Email notification. So you will have 2 Notification email... try not to modify the 2nd notification and use as is -- only change the Sender E-mail value to firstname.lastname@example.org
Then, try test submitting your form. See if the notification email gets thru.

All the time it was sending the notifications. Finally I found them all in the junk folder. That folder was hidden from me in both hotmail accounts because of the new change in hotmail interface.
