we use authorize.net but when I test the payment gateway, it says it cannot accept.

Can you please provide us more details about it? Can you paste here the error message if there is one.
Most of the time, the "cannot accept" message is due to invalid account details on the authorize.net account. Please try to double check on this.
Please inform us if issue still persists after checking everything.
