I have a deli that offers different types of catered items from different categories. i use jotform as a way to collect simple orders while reducing phone traffic. currently customers that want items from different categories have to submit separate forms for a single overall order. Is there a workaround to emulate a shopping cart and have a completed form carry over for those ordering from a separate category? i really don't want a single form that offers everything, it would be a mile long.

    see my website:

As I check a form linked on your web page, it already has some categories. You may also consider adding the other categories to the same form or a cloned form.

If you want to display the products by having sub-categories using a payment field in an order form, you may consider taking a look at the guide below:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/178-How-to-Have-Sub-Category-or-Sub-Labels-on-an-Order-Form

Please check the demo form in the guide and let us know if that works for you.

    Thanks!

It is possible to send a form submission data to another form by using URL parameters. However, it is required to have the same fields on the second form as in the first form which may not work with your requirement.
