We usually send a code to our clients to fill in their intake forms. When they do it from our ipad at our workplace the forms get stuck and won't submit.

I see you have embedded three forms with your web page. Can you tell us if it's any specific form you are facing an issue with?
Is this only an issue iPad or it happens on the computer too? Can we make test submission to one of your forms in order to investigate this issue further?

It is only our ipad's at our clinic location. It has happened on both the extended consult form and the new client form. But currently it is the new client form. It happens on both ipads (an ipad pro and an old ipad4)
I am very sorry for blowing my top. I was looking at the wrong email account for your reply (the account I signed up on, not the email account we receive our submissions to)
As per my other answer, the form will remain stuck on the first page and I can only clear it by clearing the ipad's cache.
