Form loading issue on Squarespace

Hi,

I am having several issues with all my eembedded Jotforms not loading properly within Squarespace. I’ve updated the embed code several times and it works for a moment but then goes back to not fully loading on the screen.  Below is one example page using a form. You have to refresh multiple times to make the form load.

I have tested your page with 4 different browsers and I can not replicate the issue. I would suggest to you clear your browser cache firstly. After that, if the issue still continuing can you give us more information about your device and browser so we can investigate the issue.
