Charged after I cancelled trial membership

    I cancelled my trial before the deadline and I was charged for the following month. I need to be reimbursed. I show that I am cancelled.

    To ensure your subscription is cancelled, cancel from the PayPal dashboard.  Here is more information on how to do so:

    I sent a request to refund your last payment.  You should see a refund of $19.00 posted to your PayPal account within the next 7-10 business days.
