Unable to find new submissions in Jotform

I haven't seen any new submissions on my forms however I have seen payments coming in.   Please help

I reviewed your account and I could not find any recent submissions on your forms, not even payment submissions. Where do you see the information about the payments? They are certainly not through your forms.
